TLCherry Photography exists out of passion to interact with people, be creative, and to have fun in the process. After capturing untold amounts of common everyday things, the true treasure is found capturing a moment in a person's life for them to, in turn, treasure on their own. The grin on the mouth and the glint in the eye are the aspects we strive to capture that defines the person. It might be the way the baby smiles that one can say that look is undeniably "mom". We want to create pride in a dad's heart as he sees the emotion captured in a photo that is a spitting image of who he was as a child. It's a gift for the parent to watch their son or daughter in the big game but it's a greater gift to the child to have a photo to reflect on and remember the "good ole days" as they later share with their children.
TLCherry Photography is not just about taking great pictures but about understanding the person and getting to know them enough to create photos that will be telling the story for many years to come. This is accomplished by not simply taking another order but by having a conversation and taking the time to get it right the first time.
Each seesion is unique as the person or faces in the photos so nothing is cookie-cutter. So whether we need to wade across a creek, trek through the woods, or stand on a bridge over the Ohio River, we'll do what is needed to get the shots you want.
